Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer shipping services from USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Most orders will have 5-6 different options including carrier and speed of shipping. You can select the options when you arrive at the last page of the purchasing process right before purchasing under "Select A Shipping Method" drop down menu. The website defaults to the UPS pricing due to not all products can be shipped via USPS. If the products are 1 lb or less, the most economical shipping will be USPS.
Q: What specific shipping options do you offer?
A: For UPS we offer Standard Ground, Next Day Air, Two Day Air, World Wide Express, and Three Day Select.
For USPS we offer Standard, First Class, Priority, and Priority Express. Only Priority Express offers a refund if not delivered on time.
Q: The shipping seems expensive, do you place a surcharge on your shipping?
A: We do not place a shipping surcharge on our items. Shipping amounts are determined by UPS and USPS rates.They are the standard business rates which are less expensive than the consumer retail rates. We provide various shipping options on the final purchasing page. The website defaults to UPS due to many of our items are not shippable via USPS. Before you place your order, you will have a selection of approximately 6-8 different shipping options. UPS is listed first then USPS.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Absolutely! We ship world wide! Wherever UPS and USPS goes, we go. Canada is already integrated into the website shipping protocols. Other countries will have to contact us to place order so we can get you the shipping options.
Q: Do you drop ship?
A: Yes, we drop ship.
Q: When is usual turn around?
A: We make our net products when they are ordered, in the order received. We require 1-3 business days turn around time. Shipping times begin after production of the product and it is entered into the system. If a product is ordered on a Monday, it will enter into the system on Tuesday. It could be shipped any time from Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If a special type of shipping is requested, like Next Day or 2nd Day AIr, the speed of the shipping will start the next business day it is entered into the system. If we enter it on a Friday for Next Day Air, the delivery would be on a Monday and so on. Just because you order Next Day Air does not mean that the package will go out the same day. We still have to create the part. If a part is ordered on a Friday, production will not receive it until Monday.
A: Certainly! we have a Limited Warranty Policy.
ObeCo, Inc. offers a ninety-day warranty on all products produced by ObeCo, Inc. This warranty covers the products from the date of original purchase. ObeCo, Inc. will not warranty any of its products if there is sign of abuse or misuse. Some products have a weight limit and or a stress-pull limit in pounds (contact ObeCo, Inc. for individual specifications).
The warranty covers manufacturing defects of ObeCo products. ObeCo reserves the right to repair or replace defective product. ObeCo reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing product. Repair of a product, which requires the replacement of other component parts of that assembly or product, does not automatically result in the replacement of other component parts of that assembly or products.
The warranty does not cover improper installation of ObeCo products or damage to products on or into which ObeCo products have been installed improperly. ObeCo will not be responsible or liable in any way for any bodily injury or death from the use of any of its products installed or used improperly or incorrectly.
Repair or replacement of an ObeCo product does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period. ObeCo reserves the right to question warranty claims. Any warranty claims, which the customer does not cooperate with full disclosure will make the warranty null and void.
The warranty does not apply if the product is subjected to obvious abuse or improper care/maintenance such as but not limited to:
Stains or soil
Use of product for a reason other than what the use of product was designed for
ObeCo, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, which result through the use its product.
It will be the responsibility of the purchaser, of products sold but not manufactured by ObeCo, that has warranty claims, to contact direct the original manufacturer, for the processing of those claims.
Your rights under state law:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty gives the purchaser specific rights and may have other rights, which vary from state-to-state.
The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser from ObeCo, Inc. (ObeCo products installed by an OEM manufacturer will be considered under warranty from the original purchase date by the OEM manufacturer and will be extended to the dealers contracted by the OEM manufacturer, and the consumer of the dealer contracted by the OEM manufacturer).
